How do you charge your service?
We charge by hourly rate or flat rate as your request.
When do you start to charge your service (hourly rate)?
We start charge once we arrive at your house/property or at pick-up address.
Is there any extra charge for after hours work, weekend & public holiday?
No, there isn’t.
If I require hourly service, may I ask my friends to help to make the process faster?
We do not mind. Faster is better.
What does van can do?
Van can pick-up a few little furniture or a few boxes of new furniture. In some cases, our experience driver also able to fit basic furniture from a two bedroom unit. It is really depend on how many furniture you want to transport.
What does truck can do?
Truck definitely can do what a van do with more extra space. Our experience driver will be able to arrange smartly so he can fit furniture, from 1 bedroom house to three bedroom house.
Do you provide moving boxes?
Yes, we can provide you with boxes as your request. Moving boxes (new) for sale: $2.50 each (Books & Wine Box – 406mm x 298mm x 431mm) and $4.00 (Tea Chest Box – 431mm x 406mm x 596mm)
Does my belonging safe during moving process?
We will do our best to protect your asset during removal process.
